How do you tell someone in your family that while their girlfriend is sort of cute, that new short, short haircut you suggested she get because you thought it would look hot is not flattering at all?
Would it be too harsh if I said this:
I know you like Winona Ryder (circa 1990’s) and all but that girl is no Winona Ryder!
Sorry, somebody has got to do it.
